Our Refund Policy

We at United Telecare Inc. do not expect to have anyone ask for a refund as we strive to keep our rates low and our quality of service high. Should you ever need a refund, here is our refund policy.

1. The $20.00 setup fee is not refundable.

2. The request for a refund must be made from within the users on-line account. Or it can be requested in writing via registered mail by the person ordering the service. The letter of request must be mailed to:

3. The refund amount will be calculated using the following formula:

The original amount paid (minus) the $20.00 setup fee (minus) the cost of the complete or partial weeks used.

4. Please allow 3 weeks for refunds to be processed and mailed.
