Carrers At United Telecare
Position: Telephone Operator

Our call center telephone operators that will be working with our clients on a
daily basis. No selling is involved. Position starts as part time and may lead to a full time
position. We plan to start filling these positions in mid 2011.
Location: Aurora, MN
Starting Wage: $10.00 per hour (for 90 day probationary period)
Regular Wage: $11.50 - $14.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
Interacting by phone with the client to provide services.
Communicating with private individuals or businesses by phone for various purposes.
Entering data and maintaining database of existing client contacts.
Maintaining records of telephonic communications and interactions.
Skills and Specifications:
Good computer skills.
Great communication skills as well as ability to work with others in close manner.
Good keyboard skills and great telephone etiquette and skills.
Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
Related service program knowledge.
Education and Qualifications:
Degree or high school diploma from an accredited institution.
Experience with nursing and or senior care a plus.
Must be extremely reliable.
