Who -
United Telecare (UTC) was formed by Edward & Rebecca Addy with computer programming and website services from Northern Visual Services, and in-house communications and computer network services from Addy Data & Communications.

Where -
United Telecare's first telecommunications center is located in Northeastern Minnesota, centrally located to serve all of the U.S. & Canada. At United Telecare (UTC) we believe in supporting the U.S. economy and do so by providing jobs here in the U.S. at a time when the trend is to move jobs overseas.

Why -
The primary purpose of United Telecare (UTC) is to provide support services that help to extend independent living. UTC can also provide support services to law enforcement and the criminal justice system as well as verification services to the business community throughout the U.S. and Canada.

The first service made available is our independent living service known as our
"Daily Independent Care Program".
