Who -
United Telecare inc (UTC) was formed by Edward & Rebecca Addy in 2008.

Where -
United Telecare's first telecommunications center is located in Minnesota, centrally located to serve all of the U.S. & Canada. At United Telecare (UTC) we believe in supporting the U.S. economy and do so by providing jobs here in the U.S. at a time when the trend is to move such jobs overseas.

Why -
The primary purpose of United Telecare (UTC) is to provide support services that help to extend independent living. UTC can also provide support services to law enforcement and the criminal justice system as well as verification services to the business community throughout the U.S. and Canada.

The first independent living service being made available is our
"Daily Independent Care Program".
